Shipping and Returns Policy

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail if you included your e-mail address when you placed the order. Once a FedEx shipping label has been created, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number sent to the e-mail address you used to place the order. We will not be able to cancel orders in process or shipped by our fulfillment group. Orders placed on our website are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping addresses that land outside of a reasonable delivery window will require FedEx 2nd Day Air at an additional cost to the customer. Please note, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO mailboxes at this time.

Orders will ship out Monday – Wednesday. Any orders placed after 11:00AM CST on Wednesday will ship as soon as they can be processed in the following business week. We will not be able to ship on national holidays so transit times may fluctuate.

We do not have control over any shipping delays caused by FedEx, incorrectly entered shipping information on the order, or weather – we would appreciate your patience should delays arise. Please contact us at ohsnap@glkfoods.com if this becomes an issue. We also rely on the FedEx delivery confirmation as proof that your product was delivered to the address you entered on the order and we are not responsible for missing packages after that delivery point.

OH SNAP!® items are perishable, therefore we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on these orders. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within two days of receiving your order at ohsnap@glkfoods.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Photos will be required for any order issues to evaluate the problem, so please include them with your e-mail.

Once you receive your OH SNAP!® product, please place them in the refrigerator. If out of chilled temps for an extended period, it may alter the flavor of the product, but it is not a food safety concern. OH SNAP!® items should not be placed in the freezer.


Freshness Guarantee
